Whether she's teaching yoga, caring for the community, or bottle-feeding baby goats, she believes healing begins with connection... to ourselves, to one another, and to the natural world.

Our oldest daughter, mom to our grandson Tommy, and the creative force behind much of Riverbend Resources' social media.
She's also the one who keeps a watchful eye on our ever-growing flock of chickens and helps share our story with the world.
Our Family
Our Riverbend Homestead is also home to our three younger daughters, who are growing up surrounded by goats, chickens, bees, gardens, and plenty of muddy boots. Every season brings new adventures, projects, and lessons learned together.
Around here, everyone plays a part. Together, we're building a life rooted in family, curiosity, hard work, and a deep appreciation for the simple things.
